The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual
Interview
I applied for the internship, got a call for an interview and set one up, and then went into the office for it. I received a call later telling me they wanted to offer me the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions about my prior job history and what I did in school (I was in college at the time), and they also asked what I thought about the company and what interested me about it/their website (which they showed me portions of during the interview while we were talking about the company)
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
