I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Quincy, IL) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was very laid back. As long as you can have a comforable convorsation with people you will do fine. You are being interviewed by someone in sales so it would be very hard to not have a comforable conversation. Overall everyone seemed very nice, I chose to decline. The interview seemed like they were trying to sell you on the job.
