Pretty straightforward, had a phone call with the recruiter and then a manager. First few calls went well and then had what I thought was a final interview with the hiring manager and he barely asked me anything about myself-I think 2 questions over a 35 minute call. He talked mostly about the position and mentioned a few times how I "could be a good fit for the role". I have experience working in talent acquisition and this manager didn't seem to be trained on how to interview. I sent a thank you email and never received any follow up info-a classic scenario of getting ghosted by a company.
