I applied online. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual in Mar 2022
Interview
Very friendly people they want you to make a list of 50 people you know and their occupations. It’s pretty much a cold calling internship. The interview is based off of the conversation and the list of people you come up with.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
