Initial interview process was not difficult, first thing you do is choose from a list of words that would describe the how someone should be at work and then asks how you would describe yourself while at work/working. After filling that out you will have an initial interview where you get an overview of Northwestern Mutual and go over the job you applied for and discuss what the rest of the interview process would look like.

What is a difficult thing that has happened in your life and how did you overcome it?
There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
The first interview was easygoing and went fairly well. We talked a little on myself and what northwestern was all about. Because they wanted to see how I could fit in to their team and what I would bring.
