For a collegiate campus recruiter, it is a very easy interview process. Essentially they’d like to know if you’re outgoing enough to network with students on your campus as well as teachers, clubs, etc. to be able to help market their FA internship program for the college recruiter.
Did about 5 rounds, 2 of which were in person then got ghosted. Followed up twice with no response, the team did react to my linkedin post when I got a new job too which was weird.
