I applied online. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Chandler, AZ) in Mar 2021
Interview
It was pretty basic line of questioning. Very easy to get through. I quickly realized its more of a sales role, and backed out after they asked me to recruit some people in order for them to offer me the job officially. I was not interested in this at all.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
