Three stage interview process.
1) Phone Interview - Very typical phone interview and very straightforward. A lot of normal behavioral interview questions you can look up online and prepare answers for - Given assignment to do 10 market surveys (they will explain)
2) In office interview - Reviewed the assignment that was given and went over more behavioral questions and asked why I wanted the job (Very basic questions that were a repeat of the phone interview) --Project 100 assignment given
3) In office interview - Reviewed the Project 100 and basically was asked if I could contact all these people directly - Was asked if I think I would enjoy the job and when I responded I was offered the position

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
