Northwestern Mutual interview questions

Great conversation. It felt like I was just getting to know this person and vice versa. Questions about growing up and my background that ultimately led to comparisons in this position. Then learned a bit about their Business Model. I have my second interview on Friday! Just be yourself!

A week before the actual interview, there was a group interview with the recruiter to gauge interest and impression. Nothing serious of the sort. A day or two later, there was a phone call to determine the actual interview date and time. The interview itself was normal, with the usual questions being asked such as -Tell me a time when you overcame an obstacle?- Tell me a little about yourself. These types of questions were asked by the recruiter, then an employee, and later, a senior employee.
