Interview
Had a pre-screening email with the director of the study, then had a 40 minute phone interview, and then an on-site interview with the director and the rest of the team.
Very simple and basic questions that were related to prior job experiences and current job experiences. They wanted to know if i was comfortable around blood and human tissues. also wanted to know if i was comfortable working extra hours.

Interview
Completed the interview via telephone. The interviewer liked me and gave positive feedback. She did note, however, was not interviewing others with more experience. The phone interview lasted about 30 to 45 mins.
