Interview
Initial online application, phone screening, two rounds of interviews. Both interviews involved 6 members of the team split up into different sections of 4-6 hour days. This experience greatly depends on which department you apply to.
Consisted of an initial phone screening with HR, followed by a virtual panel interview with members of the hiring team, and a final in-person interview. Each stage focused on behavioral questions and how my past experiences aligned with supporting donor relations and event coordination.

great talent acquisition team who asked thoughtful questions. a lot of good questions about work modality and work life balance. they were also able to answer some of my questions about benefits and what is was like to work at northwestern.
It was a simple process, a single phone call interview for about 30 minutes. Typical behavioral questions and some questions on the usage of their financial system, which is PeopleSoft
