Applied directly on their website. Didn't hear from them after two weeks, so I assumed that they weren't interested. They responded exactly month later, offering a telephone interview. On telephone interview there were 4 to 5 people on it, asking about my experience, standard personality style questions, and some general technical questions. After that, I didn't here anything from them for another 3 weeks. They then wanted me to come down to campus and go through a series of interviews with their team. By that point, I had already accepted another offer, so I declined.
