The position is like a joint hire for a project the department is involved. Talked to several professors in their offices individually, Had lunch with two of them. Gave a seminar.

During the lunch, one asked about the most challenging experience I had and how I handled it.
Mostly conducted via email and it was straightforward. Was tailored to candidates and did not seem standardized. Questions were fair and related to the position. Found it within a week.
The phone interview went well and I was told that there would be a second phone interview a second day or in within a week. However, no follow-up contact was received after that.
