Northwestern University Program Assistant interview questions

This face-to-face interview was a pre-screening for potential temp and temp to full-time positions at the Evanston campus. Prior to the interview, they required me to take proficiency tests for Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint. There were lots of forms to fill out. They requested my permission to do an extensive screening (background, drugs, etc) if I were offered a job.

the interviewer sent an email requesting to meet at her office at 8 a.m......I was there but she was not. She later called the office and said she was at the hospital. Now I have to leave and go to the hospital to interview with her. we met in a storage area between two elevators....very unprofessional. then I went back to the office to meet with 3 more staff members. Who have no input in the hiring process.
