I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Notable Health in May 2022
Interview
First step was a recruiter call, followed by a take-home assignment.
The assignment is to design a back-end API for listing information about a doctor and their schedule. You have to implement GET, POST, and DELETE requests.
It was frustrating because I felt like the assignment was a too open-ended and they should've narrowed the scope. They don't even give you a sample dataset - they tell you what you should have and you have to create your own, which took some time. Overall, felt overwhelming to complete everything in 3 hours.
Finally, they never provided feedback on the assignment itself. If a candidate is spending this much time on a take-home, at least tell them what they did wrong and what they can improve on.
