The interviewer had reached out to me on LinkedIn and invited me for phone call. She asked me about my career interests and clinical experience. After that, I had a phone interview with her colleague, where we went deeper into my background and skills. A few weeks later I was invited for an on-site interview which ended up being a brief meeting with the office manager followed by a walk with the CEO. He asked me questions about the healthcare industry and what I wanted from my career. We had a really engaging discussion and I thought that what Notable is trying to do is inspiring. I was asked to provide references and sent a take-home test. I felt like everything moved pretty quickly and that everyone was friendly.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Notable Health (San Mateo, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Applied online and had phone screening interview. The interviewer was find and then suddenly sounded like she was bored and monotone and it sounded like I had been put on speaker. After the initial call I sent a thank you email to the interviewer. I never received an email back, not even a rejection. Such bad taste.
