Great process as it both focused on demonstrating very relevant experience, knowledge and competencies and balanced that with getting to learn lots about this exciting organization. I had 3 back-to-back interviews from key leaders across different business functions and then another follow up interview with the CEO / founder. Lots of questions for me but also lots of opportunities to ask my own questions about the business. The HR / recruitment support was also stellar with very effective coordination of the process and clear expectation setting. All-in-all a really positive interview process and I’m incredibly excited to begin working with such a talented and professional team to do my bit to help grow this awesome business.
