The interview process consisted of multiple rounds of interviews with company leaders and a case study presentation. I found this process to be very helpful in identifying which role would be best for me at Notable. I worked with Savannah through the recruiting process and she was fantastic to work with. Professional, transparent, and very focused on the candidate experience. Savannah followed up with me after each interview to check in and also provide the next steps. I found this communication cadence to be very helpful and really made me feel like the company valued my feedback in the process. By far the best recruiting experience I have ever had.
