- Met with Operations Associate via phone call first, to do a preliminary interview. Discussed my qualifications, and outline of the role.
****Big Red Flag****- The title is for an Operations ASSOCIATE but the role requires managing 9-12 people. That, to me, indicates that the company is looking to under compensate folks for doing manager level work. Big no no.

Tell me about your experience as it relates to this role
Any company that requires 6-7 interviews needs to reevaluate their recruiting process. Secondly, there is a lack of diversity in this organization. All in all, interviews were fine but after speaking with the recruiter twice and hiring manager I choose not to move on past the 3rd interview. To have an additional 3-4 interview plus a case study shows they have a lack of respect for my time.
