Recruiter call - generic tell me about yourself
PM call - more experience chat and a small case study
Executive call - assistant came on the call and cancelled on me 5 minutes past the scheduled time
Got a generic rejection email the day after. This was extremely unprofessional to cancel on a candidate at the time of the call and follow up with a generic rejection email. At least cancel before the call so they don't have to waste their time waiting on the video chat. Hope they have more respect for other candidates.
I'll never apply here again.
Standard interview process, recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, another PM 1:1 then final interview loop with stakeholders. Made it to the hiring manager round, hiring manager said we'd move forward to the PM 1:1 after our conversation. Also mentioned he'd "always make myself available for feedback if we decide not to move forward at any stage". Was rejected a week after without reason, and received no reply when I asked for feedback.
The interview process consisted of three rounds: initial recruiter screen, 30 minute product design interview with the CPO, and a virtual onsite including a 45 minute presentation with four team members.
