Please do not apply with this company! Recruiting started off great with my initial interview followed by the peer interview. I was scheduled to move forward with a technical interview. This is where the process fell apart. The technical interview wasn’t a conversation but a interrogation. I was bombarded with over 40 minutes of questions with 5 minutes left for mine, despite recruiter only setting up time for 30 minutes. The interviewer was all over the place with questioning. He was fidgeting and looking off all during the interview. There was supposed to be a case study during that meeting but interviewer said he didn’t know about it. I followed up with the recruiter and let her know the experience was disheveled and not welcoming. She apologized and ghosted me for a few days due to her upcoming vacation. She did follow up with me letting me know that they were looking for someone with more experience in a certain application. This was the same feedback she provided to another person interviewing who expressed concerns with the technical interview. Between the two of us we have 25+ years of experience with various EHRs and integrations, but we are women of color. If you indeed interview with the organization, please don’t provide feedback or you will be out of the process.

My interviews were consistently re-scheduled due to scheduling conflicts at Notable. When I was finally able to meet with the teams the conversations were very short and candid and I didn't feel like there was fruitful conversation. I wasn't given any detailed feedback on why I wasn't chosen for the position, just generic feedback.
