After applying I received an email to schedule a phone screening with the recruiter. Also in the email you will receive a pdf on the interview process which is about 6 steps. During my screening, the recruiter spoke about the role, pay and asked me questions about my background. The recruiter was great. After the screening I received an email a few days later to schedule an interview with the ops lead. He didn’t seem interested the moment he saw me on the screen. When it came down to me asking him questions he couldn’t really answer any of my questions. He also rushed me off the call because I guess he had something else to do after. I’m happy I didn’t get 3rd round because it seems like he didn’t care for diversity. And looking at the pictures they show on sites there is a lack of it.
