I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Notable Health
Interview
Their HR team reached out multiple times with clunky, auto-email cadence follow ups. I agreed to a 30m intro call with the team lead. It was an awkward conversation - the questions were delivered in a very abrupt, almost attacking style. They seemed less about functional knowledge and experience in the role, and more information gathering about how best to fix current challenges (ie - 'how would you price our product in these scenarios...'). There were only 2 minutes left for questions which seems in line with other candidate feedback here. The leader also openly mentioned that they had just demoted the person they had originally hired for this role, as if it was testament to the high standards of the company.
A week later I received a vague no thank you email. I asked if there was any feedback that I should improve upon moving forward but received no response. The whole thing felt more about information gathering than an actual opportunity.

They ask their candidates for "homework" but it was doing actual marketing work for their product. It would have taken over a week to complete and they would have used it for themselves. I dropped out.
