I can't describe the process, I was never actually interviewed. I received an invite to set up a phone call from an internal recruiter at Novanta, which I did. She changed the meeting time three times without explanation. I emailed her stating that this was incredibly rude and asked to have my name withdrawn, she claimed that she had entered a message into the scheduling system and that she had been dealing with a migraine. She asked if I was still interested, I said I was and accepted the newest time. The following day, about an hour before the interview time, she emailed me again and asked to delay the interview, again. This was on a Friday, so she asked to move it to the next week. I said sure, trying to be understanding. I didn't hear from her at all the next week, and when I emailed her on Thursday to see if we could still set something up, I got an automated response saying she was in training all week. I never heard from her again. The position is now closed, so I'm assuming she must have actually interviewed someone, just not me.
