Novartis Associate Trial Manager interview questions

The interview was in 3 rounds. First, two senior persons from Basel Head office tested my technical knowledge and they were supportive and nondiscriminatory. Next was with 3 Indian personnel and they questioned more about past work experiences, challenges faced and how i overcame it. Last round was with HR who basically briefed me about the job profile and checked the relocation procedures and other general questions.
