Submitted my resume through the school and got contacted back a month or two later. The interview process was mainly phone interviews regarding fit and basic skills (income statement, balance sheet). There was a brain teaser question on one occasion but it was not a gruelling stress interview, more a test of capability.

Question 1
The brain teaser was a maths/logic question similar to certain SAT style questions
Three rounds - one behavior , one resume walk through and one case style interview on the same day. Behavior should follow STAR method and case should be consulting like but there was no time pressure.
They emailed me to let me know I was selected for the first round of interviews and to pick a time to schedule the interview. The interview took place over Microsoft teams.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Novartis (Newark, NJ) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was asked behavior questions with the goal to access my role in group settings. Other questions included past experiences. The interview was a smooth process and communication was clear.
