I applied through Linkedin and was contacted by the recruiter and was informed that the complete process will take 3 to 4 weeks max.
The first interview happened the next week and now it's been 4 weeks and no update has been provided. I called the recruiter and emails them but they just ignore. This shows that they do not care about candidate and their experience. Recruiters should be more professional , this was a complete waste of time.
Had a nice discussion with recruiter. Was excited to bring someone having entrepreneurial and real consulting experience to the fore. Met with team members (hiring manager?) and didn't get a great vibe. There is this mantra in the consulting world - "watch your back". I think this is what they had in mind. Don't think they are risk takers at all.

Very lengthy process: 4 weeks to get to the first round of interviews out of 3. The entire process is managed via a "bot" that schedules meetings and any email sent to recruters to ask questions or clarifications is wasted effort, they never reply. As a result:
- I never got to know the interview structure (i.e. competency, behavioural etc....) or any info that would have helped me prepare;
- I was scheduled an interview date (by a bot) without asking for my availability;
- I was set to be interviewed by one person and then, without any warning I found myself in a 2 to 1 panel interview with two different people;
