I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Novartis
Interview
It was strange because i got a text message to schedule a call over whatasapp. I thought it was fake until i called the company directly. Recruiter asked me random questions for a whole hour. Ive done many interviews but not this irrelevant. They asked me a question about "describe what an msl would do" as I proceeded to give an answer they told me that was wrong and that they asked the director and this is what the director toldthem... keep in mind i have worked at numerous agencies as an MSL and not once did i have this kind of experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Novartis (Nuremberg) in Dec 2024
Interview
First I had a screening interview with HR. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager and team lead. They asked me about my experience in MSL and my expectations.
