I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Novartis (East Hanover, NJ) in Apr 2013

Interview

Tough onsite interview. Will usually interview with 6-10 individuals. Interviews are long (~1 hour). The interviewers are professional and some will be based on Europe (some interviews with be teleconferences). They like to ask situational questions and also questions on regulatory strategy.
