I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NuScale Power (Corvallis, OR)
Interview
The interviews took a total of 2 months, from the very first interviews to finally receiving an offer. There were multiple rounds of interviews which is completely absurd and exhausting. The best part is even in the last interview, I still had no idea what the role was really about. People are out here Jon hunting and needing jobs asap, not 2 months later. Once I received an offer, I told them I had another final interview with another clamping and would like time to decide. They gave me 48 hours. I felt like this was unfair seeing how they drag me through weeks of interviewing but then only gave me 2 days to decide.
HR screening was pleasant and informative. Software mgmt was kind and engaging. Tech take home assignment was given for final round. Tech interview was with the whole team and reviewed the take home.
