Interview
Starts with a basic screening interview over the phone which may lead to a more casual, in-person interview with either the store director or with another person in charge. Over the phone they asked me the basic interview questions that you would find anywhere else but after I would answer each question, the interviewer and I would have a nice back and forth which really helped break the tension and set the mood for the rest of the interview. As for the in-person interview, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience because not only did I get to share a little about myself but at the end, I was able to ask my own questions to get acquainted with the store and I learned a little about the work life here at Nugget Marketplace.

Easy interview process. Talked on the phone and gave basic information about myself. Then came in for an in-person interview with the manager. The process was quick and easy. Overall hiring time took about a week and a half from the first call to signing paperwork.
