I applied through LiveCareer and was called within a day of submitting my application. The first person I talked to explain a little history of the company and asked questions regarding my resume and application. I then scheduled a interview for that same day. I was then interviewed by the Store Director and had an amazing conversation about their values and expectations of associates.
