Excellent interview experience. I want to recognize the TA team, particularly Taryn and Molly, for running a thoughtful, professional, and well-organized process. Communication was timely and transparent throughout every stage, which made the experience seamless. The process included multiple interview rounds as well as a take-home assignment that I presented to the hiring team. Although I wasn't selected for the role, I truly appreciated the opportunity to engage with the team and showcase my work. After several disappointing candidate experiences elsewhere, it was refreshing to see a company invest in a respectful, well-executed hiring process.
