I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Numerator (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2019
Interview
The entire process was efficient and timely. My first interview was a phone screen with Amy Dollaske in the Chicago office. Amy set up great expectations and facilitated a very smooth and, dare I say, enjoyable interview process. The next interview was another phone call with the hiring manager. It was an insightful discussion. Within a few days Kim Froehlich reached out to facilitate setting up an in person interview. Kim made the process very easy. I met with 3 people on during the in person interviews (and one surprise guest). All of the conversations were interesting and productive, and it was nice to have them all on one day. 2 days later I received a phone call from Amy with an offer. I felt that the process was quick (especially for a company of this size), and Amy did an amazing job of answering a ton of questions. She responded quickly and was always ready to hop on a call or be a resource during the process.
