This whole interview process was a huge let down.. I had an HR screening with a recruiter there and she sent me the link to take a personality test and a CCAT test too. I actually studied for it so I would be prepared and pass easily. After I did submitted the test I was totally ghosted by the recruiter with no explanation at all. Terrible way to treat candidates who would be a good fit at your company and will make them not want to apply in the future. Some advice to HR. Stop ghosting candidates and wasting their time. Just be honest and upfront. Looks a lot better
