You will need to take the CCAT test as part of the process. Go beyond the JobFlare preparation - get a real test prep program and take practice tests. That is the best way to be ready for the real test.
First call was with recruiter, 2nd call was with hiring manager. Then was contacted by recruiter to do case study as was given a week to complete case study. This was necessary because the amount of work requested took many hours. Once case study was submitted, then presented to panel of 4.

Background experience and insight specific questions.
Brutally painful. Did a full interview process which included a case study only for them to say the role was closed and not approved. 3 months later they reached back out on the same role and went through the interview process again only for them to offer a lower position and lower salary because I did not have previous consulting experience?
Had to take an online test (it was a games app, a timed test with quick problem solving), then talked to HR and hiring manager, followed by evaluation of data analysis.
