Numerator operated a phenomenal interview process! It went phone screen with recruiter, online assessment (which took not prior work/studying), interview with the hiring manager, case study presentation to a small group, and then behavioral interview with case study panelists. Everyone was incredibly nice and honest. Most importantly, the recruiting team got back to me promptly with answers. It looks like a lot of work from the outside looking in, however, their online assessment was fun puzzles and the case study took me 4 hours to prepare.
