They sent me a test that was 15 minutes long for 50 questions, which I thought was ridiculous since it involved a lot of math questions and it is impossible to answer in that amount of time. When you took the test they required you to record yourself answering, which I thought it was weird. After that, I had a phone interview with the recruiter and after a couple of weeks she followed up to schedule a call with the department director. I was told they would contact me for the next steps and never heard back from them.
