      Client Consultant Interview

      Jan 21, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Numerator (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2023

      Interview

It was a phased interview process. The first meeting was with HR. Once that hurdle was passed you were then directed to take an online IQ test. If you score at or higher than their criteria for success, you moved to phase three. Phase three consisted of a business case study in which you were provided client panel data, sales, and research data. You had to analyze the data providing answers to a series of questions and present the findings using only 3 pages (via WORD or PPT). You then presented to a panel of interviewers consisting of the hiring manager and others in the same position for which you applied. And you will walk them through the presentation.
