Interview
First did a brief screening interview with the recruiter. Went through a gauntlet of phone interviews with hiring manager, peers, and leadership for the Services division. A lot of focus on the corporate culture in the interviewing process. Less focus on the technology. Happy with the process and the amount of leadership that was available for discussion in the interview process.
The interview process was very clear, structured, and respectful from start to finish.
Everyone involved genuinely cared about my experience as a candidate and made sure the process was fair, supportive, and human.
Each interviewer gave space to express myself, asked thoughtful questions, and created an atmosphere where I felt I was truly given an equal and meaningful opportunity to compete.
Overall, a very positive and professional experience.

Interview process was great as HR will proactively follow up and give feedback after every interview stage. Timeline wise, the schedule of the interviews stages is a bit tight, but works if the interview is delivered remotely.
