Recruiter reached out to seek interests. Went through entire panel interview very smoothly. Had amazing time chatting with the great engineering/material team but later found out recruiter can’t keep the initial compensation package per agreement. Pretty much wasted everyone’s time.

The interview process began after 2 days since First, phone screen (30 min) Second, first round interview (5hrs) with 5 technical staffs and hiring manager. Third, second round interview (4hrs) with 4 x Exec. management director levels. Interview Topics: The interview process very organize, friendly, and extremely helpful. First round was very much technical discussion, problem solving, where second round that we more focus on logistic, process, personality, and behaviors. Interview Keys: Are you really the perfect one? not just for focus on your job roles and your technical.... but Also, are you the "right-one" for their team? Therefore, be careful when they asking you any questions related to behaviors topic....be friendly and talk with them as the way that you talk to your friends, be open, and polite..... Good luck!
