had the first interview with recruiter, very nice and professional. Didnt progress with the process because I was looking for a more senior role. Would consider other vacancies for sure.

I am planning to submit a review on Glassdoor regarding my experience with the interview process at Nutanix. While the talent acquisition team had a well-structured and clear process, I found the interview panel to display concerning red flags. Some members seemed lacking in competence and came across as condescending. During the interview i realized its a misfit.

They have a very extensive interview process for a low paying job in my opinion. I was just applying for an appointment setting position with a offer of about 55k a year. I went through 4 phone interviews, 2 in person interviews, a observed mock sales call, and then I had to talk to a lady on the west coast who had never met me and was very rude throughout the interview. She then asked what my spirit animal is and I never received a call back. The whole process left me feeling snubbed after spending hours at their offices, studying their products enough to sell, and being led on like the job was already offered. After a few weeks I called the number I had and got a lady who said, oh you probably didn’t get the job.... not even a formal no? Kinda glad I didn’t get hired
