The best interview process of my 20 year professional career! The whole process was so seamless from beginning to end. I got a call from the recruiter in the morning and was on the Zoom interview with the District Manager the very same day. The following day I met with another District Manager and that was followed by a meeting with the VP. On the 3rd day I received my offer letter - it was truly a dream come true experience!

Recruiter generally starts process by screening and establishing earnings target. Subregion sales manager then interviews in depth. Subregion sales manager checks references internal and external, asking into sales community and partner ecosystem. Peer mature sellers then do a panel, followed by sales VP and technical peer (SE).
