I had a positive interview experience that spanned just over a month and included four steps. The process began with an HR screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next, I had an in-person interview with colleagues, and finally, another interview with a different colleague. Throughout each stage, everyone asked general work-related questions and maintained an encouraging and positive attitude.
