The interview process was very clear from the beginning. All the interviewers were friendly and helpful. The process included all the necessary steps to measure skills for a design role. I especially appreciated that the process wasn’t overly long, unlike some 6-7 step interviews, which shows a lot of respect for the candidate’s time.

Even for senior designers, they keep a girl with 1 year of full time experience as an interviewer, which is quite insulting. Would not recommend going through their process. It's a waste of time to explain years of your hard work to someone who doesn't even have the maturity to understand it.
