The process started with an interview with the HR representative, who was very transparent throughout. The questions focused on why I was interested in Nutanix and in the specific role. The day after this first interview, I received an email informing me that the hiring manager wanted to meet with me. Four days later, I had a second interview with him. It went very smoothly — I expressed my interest in the company, shared my background and skills, and asked relevant questions. He told me, as the HR had mentioned, that I had been pre-selected and that they preferred my CV. That gave me a lot of hope. After two weeks without any updates, I sent a follow-up email to check on the status of the process. I was told that a decision hadn’t been made yet. Later, after another follow-up, they informed me that some team members were on vacation and they needed seven more days to get back to me. In the end, after about four weeks of waiting(after the interview with the manager), I received an email saying they had decided to move forward with another candidate. It was very disappointing, especially after such an encouraging and seemingly positive process.
