Nuvera Executive Assistant interview questions

The initial phone interview with HR was very scripted and felt impersonal without any niceties exchanged. The first in-person interview was with the direct supervisor and HR. It was formal and very organized, but again, lacking any personal connection. They informed me that should I make it to the final round, it would be with a panel including the company executives so I could speak to their questions; however, it was with HR and the direct supervisor again -- this time around felt much more personal and friendly. However, I felt like the second in-person was a lot of repetitive questions in which I referenced my previous responses. Finally, they said they were still unable to choose after that 3rd round and would like the candidates to submit a written proposal the night before a Holiday. I ended up cancelling travel my plans with family so I could meet the deadline. They then informed me the following week that they had selected an internal candidate. The interview process and overall timeline as well as individual timelines for each round were grossly underestimated. The prospect of working with the direct supervisor for that particular position made the process worth it -- she was extremely pleasant and personable in the interviews.
