Initial video interview with skill/experience based questions. After that second interview with HR manager and Line manager of plant. HR and hiring personnel are abysmal have a total disregard for failed applicants. I followed up asking for feedback from my 2nd interview only to be ignored on multiple occasions. A simple 'you were unsuccessful' would have sufficed.
