Took some time, phone interview, in person interview, good thought questions. Interviews were with 4 different people, manager, director co-workers. Each was one-on-one. Very friendly some tough questions, some easy, some personality type.

OCLC had van mij een CV en korte introductie ingezien, en ik werd vervolgens uitgenodigd op kantoor in Leiden voor een interview van potentieel maximaal een uurtje. Daarbij zijn vooral de gebruikelijke vragen gesteld over mijn eerdere (technische) taken en specialismen door twee personen uit personeelszaken en management. Ook is er een goede uitleg gegeven over wat OCLC doet aan ontwikkeling en de internationale verbanden. Specifiek een (technisch) assesment of iets dergelijks kreeg ik niet meteen.

Interviews with team and managers, after an interview with a recruiter. Knowledge of Spark was also mentioned and knowledge of xml and library data. Last interview was a fit interview. Really helps to have knowledge of Spark.

The first round was a call with HR. Then the next step was a 30-minute interview with the Technical Manager and finally a final round of interviews which was a one-hour technical interview with two Lead Developers
