I was contacted by the VP of Sales via the phone and scheduled for an interview the following week with the VP and Regional Manager. They didn't ask any questions but told me to explain my background and how I got to where I was. At the close of the interview, I asked what the next steps were. I was told I would be contacted later that evening if selected for another interview the next day with the same people. Then if I moved on there would be a ride-a-long the next day. By far the most disrespectful process ever - when it comes to candidates and their current employer. I managed to schedule a lunch interview for the next day and was rudely told I had to wait another 30 minutes for the interview to begin, so I walked out. Extremely incompetent and disrespectful people. I would never want to work for them.
Professional & asked a lot of questions by 2 Interviewers in person after a phone screening & Skype interview. Bring personal experiences to interview along with actual scenarios. Also, share success stories.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at OCuSOFT (Milpitas, CA)
Interview
I was contacted via an online resume bank/job search site by them. We scheduled an interview for the next week and all went according to plan. They were nice, professional, and forthright.

Question 1
They asked the normal interview questions for a sales rep. Nothing outlandish or odd.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at OCuSOFT (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Received a call from the owner who asked me if I would be interested. I was, so he had HR set up a face to face with the VP of Sales. I interviewed with him the next week and basically went over my resume and what I did at each position. He then let me know about the position and what I would be selling/representing. He said the next step would be that I would have a ride along. I had a ride along the next week and everything went fine. The very next Monday I was called with an offer. I had a few questions and when I was called back the manager said he talked to the VP of Sales and he decided to retract the offer!?!? I did read that they are vey "fly by the seat of their pants" and it is true. It is a surprise they have any employees at all! I would definitely not recommend this company.
